The students were so excited to perform for our Fun, Family, and Thanksgiving show. The students have enjoyed practicing their voices using expression and volume for our classroom plays each week. Our holiday performance made the students feel like real performers.

Thank you parents for supporting our book fair! The students loved seeing all the new books! Our classroom received many new books because of our sales. I chose two sets of books for our guided reading time. One is on sharks and the other on rocks. I can't wait to teach with them!

Fire Safety

Thank you Mrs. Mueller for teaching us about fire safety! We learned what are the main things that cause fires and what to do if one happens. Mrs. Partyka was reminded to check her smoke detectors!

After reading The Fierce Yellow Pumpkin by Margaret Wise Brown, the students had to create a pumpkin with an adjective in mind. It was fun to see funny, aggressive, cranky, and pretty pumpkins. The designs were very creative and decorated our room for the holiday!
