Visit to the Planetarium

Reported By: Our Class
We visited the u-46 planetarium. We learned a lot! Did you know the sun rises in the east and sets in the west? There are 8 planets. Venus and Jupitar have volcanos. Saturn's rings are made of dust and ice. Neptune rotates on its side. All the planets orbit the sun. Learning about space is called astronomy. It is very interesting!

Our First Puppet Play!

Nick, Trenton, Gwyneth and Cameron created puppets and performed a puppet show based on the story In The Garden. They did a wonderful job!

Wayne's Walkathon

Wayne School students worked hard to earn pledges for our school. We had a special day for our walkathon. We walked the grounds of the school and celebrated our great school. Our funds will help with new resources for our school. Last year the PTW purchased Elmos for all the classrooms.
